Rates
The fee for all sessions is $85 and each session lasts 60 minutes.
I ask that payment be made before each session unless otherwise discussed. I accept personal checks or cash as forms of payment. A $25 service charge will be assessed for all returned checks.
Insurance
As a member of the Companion Benefit Alternatives, Inc. Network and APS Healthcare, Inc., I am credentialed to see members of the following health plans: BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina, BlueChoice HealthPlan, Planned Administrators, and Federal Employees Program. Once we receive approval for psychotherapy from the above mentioned networks, I will submit claims for reimbursement.
Check with your insurance company to determine coverage for reimbursement. If you have out of network benefits with your insurance provider and you plan to file, I will gladly provide you the appropriate documentation to include with your claim forms. Any reimbursements your plan provides will then be paid directly to you.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking questions regarding mental health benefits for an Out of Network Provider.
